The following Rental Policies apply to all properties and amenities managed by AZRentahouse. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS (text) communication from AZRentahouse. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt in or out of messages at any time.
Prior to check-in, guests will receive pre-arrival documents that must be completed and returned. These documents include acknowledgments related to privacy, guest conduct, and property use.
Failure to complete required documentation may delay or prevent access to the property.
AZRentahouse collects personal information to provide and improve services, communicate with guests, and fulfill contractual obligations. Information collected may include contact details, booking data, device data, and usage analytics.

To protect our owners and properties:
Guests agree to provide full legal names and state of residence for all occupants when required.
AZRentahouse employs roving security patrols. Security personnel may contact guests if noise complaints or ordinance violations are reported by neighbors or city officials.
Failure to comply with city ordinances or house rules may result in fines, eviction, or forfeiture of deposits.
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. All homes are located in residential neighborhoods and must comply with local short-term rental regulations.
Occupancy limits are governed by city ordinances and may be more restrictive than state law. Guests must comply with posted occupancy limits for each property.
A $2,500 noise deposit may be required at check-in.
Any verified noise complaint from neighbors, police, or city officials will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If no complaints occur, the deposit is refunded after departure.
Properties with pools or spas require guests to sign a Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.

Guests must be 18 years or older to sign and accept responsibility.
Guests are not required to be present for checkout. A quality control walkthrough will be conducted after departure.
If damages, missing items, or violations are identified, guests will be contacted within 3–5 business days with documentation.
We appreciate respectful guests and welcome return visits.
Eligible rebookings may receive preferred pricing or incentives on future stays.
