Guests will have private access to the entire condo and patio, along with access to the community pools, spas, fitness center and other permitted community amenities.

- Prior to your arrival, the home will be put through a 100 point inspection checklist to ensure everything is in immaculate condition. The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings. Every detail of the home and outdoor area has been planned with your comfort in mind.

*Effective 1/9/2022 $2500 incidental/noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violations.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals
Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26,

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
EVENTS:
- This property does not currently accommodate special events. IE; Corporate events, holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc.
For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling
units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the same as
traditional dwelling units and are allowed by-right in all residential districts, subject to the
following:
• All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent
together, and may not be rented or offered for rent independently.
• All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a
maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
• Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other
similar use is prohibited.

These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
