Fantastic house. We really enjoyed our stay. Irvin was our host and was extremely helpful and always responsive. I’d love to say we’d be back but we came from the UK so won’t be back anytime soon but if and when we do, certainly won’t hesitate to stay at this house again. Loved every minute of it.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this resort-like Airbnb was. Our family was truly blown away by the cleanliness, openness, and overall design of the home. We had an amazing time enjoying all of the amenities available; we honestly didn’t need to leave except to attend my daughter’s Doctor of Pharmacy graduation. The home had absolutely everything we needed. We even catered a brunch, and the space provided everything necessary to make the event feel even more special and seamless. From the layout to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout, it made hosting effortless. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.

She met us at the property upon arrival, walked us through the home and amenities, and was responsive during our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area. 5 stars….

This is a great house

This is a great house. We held a 3 day business meeting there. Large LR and DR, 9 individual sleeping spaces. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, so they take the 10PM rules - easy to move from the expansive patio, grill, pool and fire pit area to the incredible basement playroom. Glenn greeted us and was available anytime for questions and assistance.

The house was very nice and worked well for our stay. Cleanliness, access, etc. fantastic. HOWEVER I book with Air BnB frequently due to its simplicity. This changes substantially as with this property, a property management company is involved. The additional application, credit card authorization, deposits ($1000), undisclosed fees. I.e. it lists a heated pool however, you have to pay $250 to heat it for your stay. Make sure to carefully review the “other” tab on the Air BnB app carefully! I will not knowingly utilize Air BnB if a property management company is involved in the future.

We had a great stay. The house is just like the photos. We had 9 guys for a boys trip so everyone had their own room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need. The place was clean when we arrived. Irvin was our greeter and came to the house and walked us through how everything worked, the fire table, hot tub ect. When we go back to Phoenix we will 100% be staying here again.

There was plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably and also an amazing outdoor pool and hang out space! This house is beautiful and our hosts were very responsive for any questions that came up! I would definitely recommend this as an amazing stay for any large groups looking to be somewhat close to Scottsdale!
