Reservations & Booking

How do I book?

You can book through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or directly through AZRentahouse. Direct bookings may include exclusive perks and priority access to select experiences.

Every home includes:

• Professional cleaning before arrival

All reservations require a refundable security deposit that must be signed prior to arrival

Check-In & Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is typically after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.

You’ll receive secure self check-in instructions prior to arrival.

Requests may be accommodated based on availability and must be arranged in advance.

House Rules & Safety

Are parties or events allowed?

No. Our homes are designed for responsible enjoyment. Events, parties, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Yes. Select homes use noise monitoring technology to ensure compliance with local regulations and neighborhood standards.

Our local support team is available to assist during your stay.

Enhancements & Concierge

Do you offer concierge services?

Yes. Guests may request Elevated Experiences including private chefs, black car service, in-home wellness, celebration setups, and more.
