- Pool heating is optional and additional. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.

The house was unreal - they did such a great job with the design. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and is only a short uber ride to old town. The greeters were very helpful and we really appreciated them accommodating an early check in for our large party that flew in from across the country. We hope to be back!!
