CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
